Description
Today I present you my new perfume, a potion of the senses that invites you on a journey in the green but dark time of summer.
This was my first year of life and my first summer, of which I do not remember much, but it is alive in my memory through the stories told to me many years ago by my grandparents.
It was a hot summer like all summers in the Danube basin in the south of Romania, on the border with Bulgaria.
This potion of memories goes through all the stages of my life, that’s why it is both green and dark, it takes you through forests where you feel the breeze and find wild mushrooms, through lavender fields, through the garden of the house where violets were once planted but also in the attic of my childhood home, where my great-grandmother, Tica Vanu, left tobacco leaves, left to dry for decades.
I fondly remember the fine sand in the pond that burned my feet summer after summer and all the people of my childhood, many of them leaving us long ago!
It is a perfume where the price of the materials used was not taken into account, being used a rare technique in perfumery, that of the tincture of resins and natural plants.
Like all Adi ale Van products, this one is entirely handmade by my own hands.
