Description
Occident 90” is inspired by the early 1990s, when most Romanians dreamed of leaving the country for a better life in the West. Many of them left everything behind in order to try to send to their families all that they had laboriously collected in those foreign lands, but many feel homesick and homesick for their native places.
The design of this perfume, as of the entire Mirrors of time collection, is based on my childhood in my grandparents’ house in the country, where on the walls hung some old mirrors made by my great-grandfather Tica Vanu, which I reinterpreted.
Each mirror is like a time machine, looking in it you will go back in time and it makes you think, how many other generations before you have looked in it, which you only got to know from stories.
